Get to Know the Heart of Renaissance Maintenance: Ronda Johnson
Growing up in Des Moines, Iowa, Ronda was the oldest of four siblings. Her parents made the biggest impact on who she is today. Her father taught her to always be early and never be late, as everyone’s time is valuable. He taught her to give 100% every day. Her mother taught Ronda to never judge a book by its cover and to treat others the way you would want to be treated.
Ronda attended Grandview College in Des Moines before moving to the Chicago area. She worked as a paralegal for a number of years prior to starting at Renaissance Maintenance.
Now, as Vice President, Ronda wears many hats at Renaissance Maintenance. However, her top priority is coming through for our clients by going above and beyond their expectations. It drives her to deliver for our clients every day.
Ronda truly cares about the long-term relationships with our clients and doesn’t see them as a one-time transaction. Renaissance Maintenance can do this because we are small enough to give our undivided attention to our clients and always do the right thing.
Ronda Johnson has been helping our clients complete their property maintenance goals since the company was founded in 2012. She started in operations, handling all incoming customer work and vetting contractors. Shortly thereafter, she began hiring and training all new employees, as well as overseeing all work orders for customers.
To accomplish these goals, Ronda diligently oversees all of Renaissance Maintenance’s team members to ensure that we are exceeding our clients’ expectations. Our team does this by responding quickly, completing any projects on time (or ahead of time), guaranteeing the quality of the work, and keeping costs within budget.
Ronda also manages accounting, HR, operations, and sales to make sure everything’s running smoothly.
When she’s not helping our clients, Ronda enjoys daily exercise, reading, cycling, kayaking, and ice skating. In the next five years, she is looking forward to growing Renaissance Maintenance and building more customer relationships, as well as traveling with her sons.
